壓電式加速度傳感器,又稱振動傳感器,是基于壓電晶體的壓電效應(yīng)工作的。某些晶體在一定方向上受力變形時,其內(nèi)部會產(chǎn)生極化現(xiàn)象,同時在它的兩個表面上產(chǎn)生符號相反的電荷;當(dāng)外力去除后,又重新恢復(fù)到不帶電狀態(tài),這種現(xiàn)象稱為“壓電效應(yīng)",具有“壓電效應(yīng)"的晶體稱為壓電晶體。常用的壓電晶體有石英、壓電陶瓷等,在現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)生活中被應(yīng)用于許許多多的方面,如手提電腦的硬盤抗摔保護(hù),目前用的數(shù)碼相機和攝像機里,也有加速度傳感器,用來檢測拍攝時候的手部的振動,并根據(jù)這些振動,自動調(diào)節(jié)相機的聚焦。壓電加速度傳感器還應(yīng)用于汽車安全氣囊、防抱死系統(tǒng)、牽引控制系統(tǒng)等安全性能方面。

The Dytran 3274A1 is an ultra miniature high frequency IEPE accelerometer with IEEE 1451.4 TEDS capabilities.
Units have an overall height of just 0.24-inches (6.1-millimeters), weigh just 2 grams, and are ideal for the measurement of shock and vibration of very small, lightweight objects such as printed circuit boards and board mounted components.
Offered with a sensitivity of 5 mV/g, the model 3274A1 features a quartz shear sensing element, packaged in a lightweight, teardrop titanium housing. Designed for adhesive mount, the Dytran model 3274A1 has an upper frequency response of 10,000 Hz. Due to their low mass and high crystal stiffness, units have a resonant frequency of >40 kHz, allowing them to be used to measure high frequency vibration with very little error.
The model 3274A1 utilizes a specially designed 3-56 coaxial connector, mating with a 3-foot (0.9-meter) replaceable coaxial cable and terminating to a 10-32 jack. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity environments, as well as case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
