傳感器模擬器可模擬應(yīng)變式稱重、測(cè)力、壓力、扭矩、加速度等各種傳感器的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輸出信號(hào)，用來校準(zhǔn)、檢驗(yàn)相應(yīng)的指示儀表，調(diào)試各種自動(dòng)衡器和自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。
不僅如此，美國(guó)Rice Lake Transducer Simulator 4還可以測(cè)量供橋電壓、環(huán)境溫度，并去油可編程功能，是一款高性能、高準(zhǔn)確度、多用途的應(yīng)變傳感模擬器，內(nèi)部分辨率已達(dá)到了100碼。
傳感器模擬器的主要功能是輸出一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的應(yīng)變傳感器信號(hào)，用來檢查儀表在各種不同的測(cè)試條件下是否都能符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
