概述

Designed for toughest applications, equipped with strong scanner shaft and due to double-lipped special seals (as in pumps) impervious to aggressive cooling agents, dust and chips. The compact scanner dimensions and the wide scanning range as well as the smooth, cylindrical wall allow for easy assembly without additional adjustment aids.

Characteristics:

TK91A is ideally suited for scanning long tools and detecting smallest deviations. This scanner can take longer wands (up to 660 mm) with plates to monitor tool tips. Therefore, no space for lateral swivel range is required. The powerful gear motor of TK91A - which also excels by the repeat accuracy of its monitoring function - is ideal for a wide scanning range.

安裝要求：

做法

• 在可能的情況下，接入從機床氣源過濾器/調(diào) 節(jié)器裝置提供的氣源。請勿把NC4連接到含 油的氣源上。

• 當將氣管穿進導管/機床時，使用空氣組件隨 配的氣阻塞。

• 在連接導管與NC4裝置的入口之前，先將氣 源開啟一會兒，把導管內(nèi)的碎屑吹出去。當 不再有碎屑排出時，則關(guān)閉氣源并連接到NC4 上。

• 當往NC4上安裝氣管時，應確保氣管長度應 盡量短，以減少氣壓降。

• 如果氣源溫度比環(huán)境溫度高出5 °C，并且潮 濕，則需使用空氣干燥器。

優(yōu)點：速度快，準確，但對機床環(huán)境要求比較高，對鉆頭比較實用。

3.接觸式對刀儀

TS27R對刀儀用于數(shù)控加工中心上的對刀操作。

進行刀長測量和刀具破損檢測時，由程序驅(qū)動 刀具沿Z軸方向接近對刀儀測針。在機床的X軸和Y 軸設定旋轉(zhuǎn)刀具的半徑刀補。

螺釘調(diào)節(jié)工具可使測針與機床的軸對齊。

接口裝置處理對刀儀與數(shù)控系統(tǒng)之間的信號

產(chǎn)品安裝方便，但需要安裝在操作臺上，每次測量刀具時間為3-7秒 斷刀3秒 

破損需要5-7秒，精度高，穩(wěn)定

缺點：占用操作臺空間，檢測刀具時間比其他類型要長。
